The staff here are very kind. The phlebotomists here have good hands. I’ve had a good interaction with all the nurses and doctors.
I always had a positive reception from this clinic, since last year. The staff here are very friendly. Today, I called the clinic to inform them that I may be running late and I was redirected to a scheduler, who was just as friendly as the staff and accommodating. Great customer service, with a smile, and professional from start to end!
I called to leave a message about my swab results because my health situation is worsening. I spoke with a woman who called herself “Rebekah” she treated me so disrespectfully and was talking over me. She didn’t even give me an opportunity to speak. I had blood work done and a throat swab. Two of which are different things. Blood work takes more time but a swab result can come back within 40 minutes.
