Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They treated everyone with respect and dignity. And truly cared about the service they were giving veterans
I usually get seen at the Hoffman estates location but recently moved. I got blood drawn today at Aurora and I couldn’t be more thankful. The phlebotomist was incredibly efficient and also helped me get switched over to this clinic. She spoke so highly of everyone. The front desk staff was kind, personable, and got me set up with an appointment and new pcm. It was a quick experience but I was so impressed with them!
