Yeah no. Trying to schedule an appointment alone was so stressful with the rude receptionist in the front. No thank you.
I love Dr.Shepperd! My favorite thing about her is she listens. She is open to recognizing what she is not aware of.It's a relief to hear a doctor say no, i haven't heard of that vs no that's not real. I came to her when other doctors were not hearing me. Dr.Shepperd stays on top of blood work and any other physical or annual examinations. Her new location is 45mins to an hour away. She is worth the drive.
Dr Sheppard has gotten so rude and hateful. I will be looking for a new doctor with better bedside manners. I'm not sure what's going on in her life, but its no way to treat patients. She getting paid to help us, not for us to arrive to an appointment to be treated like she's so high and mighty!
I've been seeing Dr. Shepherd for over 15 years and have ALWAYS received excellent care. I highly recommend her.
