Dr Sheppard has gotten so rude and hateful. I will be looking for a new doctor with better bedside manners. I'm not sure what's going on in her life, but its no way to treat patients. She getting paid to help us, not for us to arrive to an appointment to be treated like she's so high and mighty!
I've been seeing Dr. Shepherd for over 15 years and have ALWAYS received excellent care. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Shepperd is such a wonderful doctor. She listens, and does everything to make sure your concerns are heard and validated. I'm grateful I found a medical professional who truly cares about my well being.
Provider was rude. Kept pushing for extra things that were not necessary. I felt she was trying to get as much money from my ins. Only pro was that she didn’t take long to address my concern but still a simple visit for med prescription shouldn’t take an hour. Seems snobby that they charge you for late cancellation and if you’re more than 15min late twice you can’t go there no more. Definitely switching pcp due to her attitude/ lack of professionalism.
