Horrible experience. Appt was at 11:30, by 12:10 I was still sitting in the lobby and Matkov was nowhere to be found. The receptionists never said anything and when I asked about the delay, it was just “sorry he’s running late”. Typical of a place that accepts state insurance to be awful! I got a refund for my copay and left, I wasted my time and fuel driving an hour for this garbage. I’ll never go anywhere that accept state insurance ever again. Aurora is the worst hospitals around. AVOID
Easy check in. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Very good.
