Up date: I emailed that email address and haven’t heard a thing. No one takes any form of responsibility. I’m very much now looking into a different network for our drs. I came in a week ago with a massive sinus infection. I saw Dr wanggaard who failed to properly treat and diagnose me. Was given nothing told it was viral. Well come Sunday of that same week I’m back at urgent care being transferred to the er because I was never given antibiotics the first time. Letting my sinus infection grow and become 10 times worse. Thanks to the er who helped me out. But I won’t come back to this urgent care.
I came in with left ear pain. Told Dr. Patel it had been hurting with intense pressure and minimal drainage for almost two weeks and progressively getting worse. She looked in my ear, told me there was no wax or drainage and that it was my sinuses. That’s understandable, however I wasn’t really experiencing sinus/cold problems the way I was experiencing my ear aches.
