Came in with a sore throat but couldn’t afford the expensive strep test only the rapid test. The nurse who introduced himself as Gary wasn’t very kind about it. Essentially said why did I come in if I couldn’t afford any care. I was genuinely holding back tears after the conversation. Up date: I emailed that email address and haven’t heard a thing. No one takes any form of responsibility. I’m very much now looking into a different network for our drs. I don’t trust this company at all at this point. I came in a week ago with a massive sinus infection. I saw Dr wanggaard who failed to properly treat and diagnose me. Was given nothing told it was viral. Well come Sunday of that same week I’m back at urgent care being transferred to the er because I was never given antibiotics the first time. I came in a week ago with a massive sinus infection. I saw Dr wanggaard who failed to properly treat and diagnose me. Was given nothing told it was viral. Well come Sunday of that same week I’m back at urgent care being transferred to the er because I was never given antibiotics the first time. Letting my sinus infection grow and become 10 times worse. Thanks to the er who helped me out. But I won’t come back to this urgent care.
