Throwaway account because I didn’t want my real name on here. I went for a possible post-op infection. I had some yellow drainage and just wanted to get it checked. Dr. Crowder saw me and as soon as she entered the room she immediately said “there’s not much we can do at urgent care for infection”. I just wanted to get a second opinion as to whether the drainage and area looked infected. I went to this facility because I'm feeling fatigued Dr Manne did NOT listen to me.She LECTURED my on exercise,red meat and iron pills.Never did she listen to me as I can not digest red meat,can not take iron because of GI issues .But since I am below iron levels I'm supposed to exercise for fatigue.I Will never go back to Manne and this is unacceptable practice.

We have seen Dr Loqman here now 3 times between my two children. Every time I have felt completely dismissed when I tell her what we're there for. Our most recent visit was for my 8 month old son who has had a cold and was congested and coughing and tugging at his ears. I simply wanted to rule out that he had an ear infection. When she entered the room she stated he doesn't look sick. She spent all of 10 seconds listening to his breathing. These doctors suck! I came in with pinkeye in both of my eyes and bronchitis, they sent me home with cough medicine. My wife came in because of her POTS and they said to drink 7up. A laughable excuse for medical practice.
