The care my son received today from Dr.Jon Carlson was beyond unacceptable. He was extremely rude and dismissive to my concerns. I decided to shake it off and continue about my day until I just received a text to review his after visit summary. The summary he wrote was completely inaccurate and validated my earlier frustrations. I don't even understand how it can be legal.
Very professional and entire staff overall excellent
Normally I have received excellent are from the urgent care. This time was an exception. When explaining why my child needed a school note and why he left school early, Dr Carlson rolled his eyes at me and snickered to himself or so he thought. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a medical "professional".
Dr. Jon Carlson was condescending and didn't listen to me at all. I had concerns about a possible tendon laceration in my finger. He didn't even look at my wound. He dismissed my concerns, and bandaged me up with less than what I came in wearing on the wound. He then told me that there was no magic cure.
