Went in for a urinalysis and the lady said she heard something in the bathroom so my test was unacceptable. Stay for awhile waiting for another male to come from another county who never came. I gotta live with that.

The pain management staff Keeps blocking me from picking up my pain medications. Three different times now. Without the meds I have major pain flare ups. The nurse makes mistakes, sending meds to the wrong pharmacy or not communicating properly with the supervisor about the plan we have . I cannot believe how rudely I was treated at this Urgent care by Suzanne Major APNP. I came for a 3 week headache. She offered me a referral to Neurology and PT. I said ok Neurology is a 12 month wait and I currently have a PT so I don't need the referral. Is there anything you can do to treat my headache today. She kept talking about needing a diagnosis and how Urgent care can't give a diagnosis. How Urgent Care doesn't have testing abilities. I said ok can I get a temporary treatment? I did a walk in clinic on a Sunday and just had the best experience. Everyone was super friendly, patient, professional, and helpful. Highly recommended!
