I switched over to Aurora from Mercy and have had great experiences so far until this week. I went to urgent care for an infected ear piercing and the doctor tried to prescribe me a “black box warning” antibiotic known as Ciproflaxacin. Amazing urgent care. Took my 10 year daughter in and they were fantastic with her. They even had flavored tongue depressors and walked her through proper instructions on strep test/an inhaler during our visit. Very satisfied with this place as a registered nurse myself I have sat in terrible urgent cares! I would definitely drive the extra few miles to come here!
