While on vacation our toddler was showing symptoms of an ear ache so we came to Aurora Urgent Care. There was no wait and they helped us immediately, we were in a room within 10 min of getting there! Both the nurse and Dr. Ed were extremely kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs urgent care!! Thank you to everyone at the office for your help with our son

I have taken this from 5 stars to 3 because of an experience I had in February. Had it not been for my previous wonderful experiences, it would be 1 star. I came in to have my ear flushed. My symptoms were laughed at and disregarded. The NP I saw refused to listen to anything I said in favor of my husband. It was very much a "shush little lady, the men are talking" kind of situation.
