I woke up with an ear infection a few days into my vacation and went to Aurora for treatment. I made an appointment online and was on my way with my prescription within an hour. The staff was kind and helpful!
my experience here was horrible. i went with my aunt today to get her foot checked out because she had a bad calluse on her foot that needed to be checked out. the nurse was wonderful and understanding. but the next person that came in the room pretty much just barely looked at her problem with her foot and "dignosed her" way too fast. got her out of the room too fast too. i get that everyone is busy but they acted like her problem with her foot wasnt a big deal and that her drinking plently of water during the day because s... read more
We were camping in Door county and had a small injury that needed attention. We were able to get to this urgent care and the receptionist Dawn was very sweet and caring and we were able to see an NP Marcia Osborne right away and she was knowledgeable, caring and just amazing at her job. We were taken care of and they phoned our prescription over to the closest CVS and gave us directions since we are not from that area.
My wife and I have been there 3 times and have had no help with her problem. Go to Green Bay!!
Please be aware that Advocate/Aurora will not code this as an urgent care visit, only an office visit, which (at least in my case) significantly impacts the bill. Even though it says urgent care everywhere (including on the providers' profile pages on the Aurora website), this is apparently not an option in their coding.
