Terrible service waited over 20 minutes in the waiting room with 1 other car in the parking lot and 1 other person in the waiting room if it takes this long when its dead I cant imagine the wait when they are busy
We were out of town visitors and my son hurt himself. I took him into this urgent care. When I arrived I provided my insurance card. They told me they couldn't verify coverage and I won't need to pay anything that day. Several weeks later I got a notification stating I owed over $700 for the visit. The reason being is Aurora markets these locations as Urgent Care centers but they bill as a doctor's office. This to me is very deceptive.
