This place should be called “Urgent-less care”. It took forever for the person in training registered me. Meanwhile a long line formed behind me. However somehow all of those people behind me and others were seen before me. I waited forever in pain. When I questioned how they determine the order I was told “it varies”. I may have appeared to be in less pain but I was in pain and should not have been in line after all those people. It was a very experience. I’m never going to this place again.

My sister, who has a brain injury, was was treated here because she had not been able to eat for 2 weeks following the prescription of her receiving medicine that closed her throat. She almost died. She was treated very poorly here at this place. While she was at this urgent care for an emergency visit, there was a particular nurse named Madeline C. who was very rude and kept sticking my sister's arm in the wrong spots and then she yanked the needle out and let the blood go everywhere. They should change the name from UrgentCare. If your insurance card has a co-pay value next to the "UrgCare", you will be charged the specialist fee instead.
