Robin the black woman with short hair and glasses at the front desk is by far one of the most vile, unprofessional, condescending woman ever. She is rude beyond measure. She should not work here she is terrible. I will be filing multiple complaints on this woman. Absolutely unacceptable

No point of trying to do the appointment for an urgent care online because it'll tell you to get there at a certain time and they still make you wait over an hour
Went in for back pain was seen by a Doctor Tara Rakowski. She really didn’t care about my pain. All she tried to do was send me to other doctors to get a dollar off me. She wasn’t patient friendly and I hope I never have to see her again. This clinic is usually good but this doctor I don’t recommend.
I went in for a painful ankle that kept giving out on me. I was told by a PA that since I can walk I’m fine. End result: my talus was broken in half. Please stop writing off people’s complaints. Not everyone has the same level of pain tolerance. I have since had surgery to screw the two separate pieces of my talus together and am doing much better, but I cannot forget the horrible treatment I got from that medical provider.
