We came in with a really badly injured foot (3 pretty messed up toes) and we were worried due to the severity of the injury, needing an interpreter, and not being a fan of doctors atall historically; but Diana and doctor Nestor were very comforting, informative, and helpful. We left a lot less fearful, informed, and confident in our next steps to take for the injury with an appointment pre set up in office. Fast, professional and caring.
Supper unprofessional, front desk receptionist , had an attitude I reserved my appointment for 7pm got here on time never took me in passed more then an hour I went to go ask if I had to keep waiting even tho I had an appointment for 7pm same receptionist stepped into my conversation and said “that doesn’t matter it’s not an appointment it’s a reservation” I walked away sat down and I hear them talking about me (a patient). I brought my four year old daughter after she fell and ended up with a deep cut on her forehead. She was so scared to go to the hospital. We waited less then 5 minutes to be called back. The PA (David Kite) and his nurse (I wish I got her name) were absolutely incredible and I cannot thank them enough. They turned what could have been a traumatic experience into something that made my daughter feel brave and proud of herself. David immediately connected with her by telling jokes.
