Called to make an appointment but could not because I did not have a primary doctor. My blood pressure was quite high.Went to Froedert South and was seen in 10 minutes and given a list of doctors to follow up with.

The worst hospital experience I’ve ever had in my life. There was discrimination and unethical behaviors and attitudes from the staff. I was here hours and went home with no relief and not a care from any nurse or doctor I seen. I was here 5 hours and only seen a staff 30 minutes if all occurrences were added as one. I expressed not feeling heard or properly looked at and was basically met with a shrug and a complaint phone #
First time at urgent care, friendly staff and I was in and out with meds in less than an hour. Will definitely go back if I need help again.
Please make an appointment to a MinuteClinic at CVS instead of wasting time at this walk-in clinic. You will be seen immediately and will be taken care of by people who are not overworked. The wait is insane even if you have an appointment made. There’s no point.
