I am so thankful for the kind and gentle staff here. I have never felt so listened to or just cared about. The staff went above and beyond.
While the start to this place was OK, did accepted my mother's Medicare card, the nurse and the doctor we saw were not the best in terms of understanding. I felt like it was a HARD SALES tactic where they were trying to urge my mom to go to the ER due to blood pressure. While I thank them, IF there were some real concern, my counters and my mother responding to their barrage of questions showed they only cared about one thing this country cares about with this administration: GREEN MONEY.
Scammed by their billing department after front desk incorrectly coded visit. Will never return for any reason....
I found myself at urgent care today which is not a pleasant experience. However, in this case I had the pleasure of bring cared for by Dr. Ali. I cannot say enough good things about her. Very knowledgeable, kind, and had me feeling better in no time. Thank you Dr. Ali! (Five stars aren't enough)
