Seeing the physician was fine but the front desk staff are incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. I had a question about a prescription and was directed to call the pharmacy and ask. So I did and the pharmacy informed me they can’t see enough of my chart and records to be able to answer my question.
I have spent over $3000 on just appointment visits to try and diagnose a sinus issue I have. $3000 and 4 appointments later still haven’t figured out what is wrong and I’ve just repeatedly been given antibiotics that I didn’t actually need in order to be treated and sent out the door quicker. This facility cares about profits more than patients.
