Have never been lucky enough to have them answer their phone or return a phone call after leaving a message
Brought my truck in to have the leaf springs replaced, had left hardware and new brackets on passenger seat and informed them, figured maybe they just inspected and made the call old hardware was good, regardless bad call as per pictures couple months later almost blew a leaf spring.
