I bought a bogie wagon from Aurora, and when I got it home it didn't sit straight on the track. On investigation, it turned at that the chassis had a manufacturing fault, and the bogie mount was malformed. The bogie was at an odd angle. When I took it back to Aurora, George (owner) refused to swap it or give a refund. He kept saying that it was my responsibility to make sure that it was defect free before I bought it.
