We just sold our first house and working with this company makes me never want to do that again. We closed within a month of an accepted offer. We made a cash offer on a property and were going to use this company to handle the settlement process based on the suggestion of the realtor. However, they were going to charge us 6% of the sale price for closing. 1-3% is standard for cash sales. We chose to work with another title company and ended up only paying 2% in closing costs.
