“Ramps and accessible doors” is a lie, there’s no ramps and my wheelchair barely fit through the door. You’ll struggle with a wheelchair in there (EDIT) you didn't give me a discount. Im just saying don't advertise wheelchair accessibility when it's not. I also went twice and the second time I was hoping it would be different and you'd give me a 'suitable room' but you didn't and the bed was still on the floor. The massage was actually fine though.
