I would use no stars if I could. Tried to contact facility for 4 WEEKS-no one EVER answered or called me back. I ended up going to the Arizona Government who are filing a complaint and stated that they had “many issues from patients” regarding this facility. Afterwards found out that they illegally balanced billed me on top if it all.
