My father has been a resident here for the past nine years. Recently, there has been a change in management that has been deeply disappointing. Costs have increased, yet there have been no noticeable updates or improvements to the facility. The ownership change and the level of support, along with staffing changes has decreased immensely. Not a supportive community under the new ownership. We have been here for almost nine years but will leave.

Vistas of Fox Valley is a wonderful facility for a loved one to reside. The staff is uplifting and caring. One staff member Jazmin really stands out. She treats not only my sister with genuine care, she continues to show me she cares about well being of Vistas residents
