Awful.I spent a month going to physical therapy here for a running injury in my ankle. The Physical Therapist I visited didn t give me strengthening exercises or stretches, but simply massaged the sore area for 30 minutes in my 45-minute visit. During the month that I visited, my injury didn t get any better and I had to drop out of a marathon (and \$100) that I had planned to run. Also, the PT there kept telling me, just come in again next week, and THEN we ll fix it . At the end of a month he was simply stumped as to why nothing had improved. Meanwhile, with my insurance the visits were costing upwards of \$400 (per appointment).I stopped going and stopped running out of sheer frustration, and was out for another two months until a friend recommended a different PT. Today was my first visit there and in twenty minutes the new PT told me more than the Aurora PT told me in a month. He told me about my muscular imbalances, my foot type, and my gait inefficiencies. He gave me a whole regimen of strengthening and stretching exercises and showed me just how weak my hips were. This was the care I never received at Aurora. And the cost? \$80, not \$400. I will never recommend Aurora Sports Medicine to a friend. In my eyes, the care I received at Aurora was robbery and stopped me from running for over three months.

Darryl is an outstanding physical therapist. He takes the time to listen to his clients and creates a great plan for them. He works directly with the orthopedist and they also value his input.
