Awful.I spent a month going to physical therapy here for a running injury in my ankle. The Physical Therapist I visited didn t give me strengthening exercises or stretches, but simply massaged the sore area for 30 minutes in my 45-minute visit. During the month that I visited, my injury didn t get any better and I had to drop out of a marathon (and \$100) that I had planned to run.
