Since day one of going to this facility I have had problems with getting my prescription refilled due to incompetent staff and doctors that don't know how to send the necessary authorization codes to the pharmacy! Each month I have to call and tell them my prescription haven't been filled because the pharmacy is waiting on the doctor to give the authorization codes because the doctor didn't send it with the prescription refill notice.
