Do not go here. It is a complete scam. Just to see the dr to get started is $600, then the home study is another almost $1,000. That's just to begin with. Then they make you do an overnight study and then buy a cpap. Go to Reggie White Foundation instead. If you don't have the means but want to save your life, they will help you! Aurora purposely upbills for these services. It's a complete rip off.

I was billed $1000 for a sleep study. My insurance company was billed $2000 for the same sleep study. Legal? I had to jump through hoops to get this fixed. Please check your bill with insurance bill. Would not recommend Aurora to anyone, go somewhere else!

The in-house CPAP sleep study staff was excellent and should get 5 stars. The post follow up communication and time to get a response is poor and needs improvement. You call and get a voice mail to leave a message. You might or might not get a call back. It seems that getting the help you need after the study for CPAP masks and questions afterwards is still a mystery. I was told by an Aurora HCP staff member that I could try various CPAP masks and that someone would contact me for a fitment appointment. That never happened a... read more

Very difficult to contact anyone. All you get is voicemail and messages left never get a call back. I have waited over a week and still no call back. If you do get to talk to someone they can’t answer any questions. They only make appointments. Very frustrating to deal with this office!
