I dont know which store I did business with but Ashley and Jenna exhibited a great deal of patience and excellent customer service working thru the need for parts on an older model. They have my business from Texas!
I was very disappointed to find that Aurora Sewing Center advertises free shipping on orders over $99 in large print on the subtotal page, yet charged me for shipping at checkout. When I questioned this, the sales representative told me I should read the 'small print next to shipping' (?) on the invoice that contradicts the main offer. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. Very misleading advertising.
Not one of the 4 employees I saw working there even said hello or asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. I did purchase something and didn’t even get a thank you. Another customer walked in also and didn’t even get greeted. Customer service needs to improve.
I made my first purchase from Aurora Sewing Center recently. After an initial glitch with my order, Amanda took outstanding care of my order and me - customer service knocked it out of the park!! Aurora Sewing Center has earned themselves a repeat customer. Thanks bunches, y'all!
