This is a response to no name no name review. I am shocked by your review. My experience with the owners at Aurora has only been amazing. They are polite, courteous, and provide such a warm loving and professional experience. The salon cancellation policy is very clear on their website - 50 % fee if you don’t give 48 hours notice. You state 100% which is untrue. It is a wonderful salon and sadly their business relies on being accountable to clients showing up. What a great salon!!!! Thanks Aurora for everything you do!!!!
I’m a long time client and was in the salon when No Name’s email to the owner came in. The salon has a clear, widely communicated cancellation policy that is standard across most businesses. My experience at Aurora and with the owners has consistently been excellent.
Liz is an amazing, highly recommended stylist who does incredible work. Sadly, the salon management ruins the experience. They charge a 100% service fee for any cancellation or reschedule under 48 hours. The owner is very rude, lacks customer service skills, and told me I was no longer welcome simply for questioning the policy. Great stylist, but terrible business ethics from the owner."
Had a lovely time with Liz (for a great new haircut) and Sarah (for a luxurious pedicure). I love the atmosphere at the salon, the commitment to the environment, the fresh decor, and availability of vegan products. I will definitely be back!
