This is not where you would expect to find a top notch Italian restaurant. But the location makes parking easy and the dining free of traffic noise. There are shaded outdoor tables that should be perfect for a summer evening. The food was excellent on both visits...the pastas generous and al dente and the halibut perfectly done. It is not a typical Italian restaurant in-name-only. There is a real feeling of authenticity to the cooking. Very enjoyable.
This is my favorite Italian restaurant. I've dined here twice and am always satisfied with their food, service, and atmosphere. I love their free bread with olive oil dipping. Whenever I'm visiting Bay Area or Marin County, this is my go to restaurant if I'm craving Italian food.
Amazing service and the Crispy Brussel Sprouts were A. M. A. Z. I. N. G. They even gave me their recipe to recreate at home. Pairing the Brussel sprouts with an olive lemon sauce/gorgonzola/red delicious apples was the winning combo. This will be our go-to restaurant anytime we are in the area. The whole meal was excellent!
