I called Saturday morning. I had a leak in my upstairs toilet, every time it flushed water was leaking into the basement suite. I won’t go into details here but let’s just say “DIRTY WATER” Super Bowl party was scheduled for the next day if I couldn’t get this fixed on Saturday my party would’ve been canceled. Lawerance went above and beyond with his explanation of the work that was required. He carried out a series of jobs we needed done in an efficient, tidy and professional manner. As a bonus Lawerence was friendly and assisted us to source an item we need for a future plumbing job. Lawerence is our new “ go to” plumber!
