I was impressed with the timeliness and the care inwhich technicians facilitated my recent CT scan. They were friendly and knowledgeable as well.
While the level of care seems exemplary, the repetitive texts asking for (completed) medical history is annoying.
They read my results during an Emergency Room visit. I received the insurance benefit letters in August showing it was paid, and verified with BCBS that they had paid it and the date and check amounts. BCBS called the billing office for me and provided the information once again! Yet Aurora radiology has sent another bill in Sept and again Oct saying it has not been paid, and they are also emailing my husband and sending him texts, he has nothing to do with the account I am the insurance holder! Love how my results have to be sent out to some random location, then I receive a bill from something I didn't authorize...super cool.. where even is this place. Certainly wasn't at the location I had the tests done, ya know a big hospital, strange someone in that building coucant review the test and scans.. healthcare in America is so shady... looking forward to being at collections for mot having paid enough like some others I see here commenting.
