My wife is now 7 visits in and each day she shows up for her appt she is greeted by the same person at the front desk who is supposed to unlock the door to the treatment area. Each day my wife is not greeted and has to some how get this lady to open the door even after she sees my wife is there. She has to get her attention knowing that this lady already saw her. No acknowledgement, just an eye roll and sigh. I would like for this person to be removed when my wife comes for treatments so she has a more positive experience. U... read more
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The staff at this location are friendly and outgoing, yet professional in every way. If I have the need to visit them again, (which I hope I don't), I would look forward to their care.
