First time ever senior patient on oxygen w walker at this enormous complex, I was sent to main entrance area I believe on the East side of the building for a blood draw, signed in and sent to sit far away, after some time and feeling forgotten I went to check on my status on the list, from across the expanse I see a worker I'm told is calling my name I see her and head over, when I get there she's nowhere to be seen and I'm left clueless as to which of possibly 3 doors she has retreated into, so I'm left standing there in di... read more
