My wife bought a sauna and it’s been a nightmare ever since, we had it hooked up out side and when it didn’t heat up they sent a technician out and he said it should’ve never been hooked up outside. No one ever told us that it couldn’t be hooked up outside they knew from the beginning that that’s where it was gonna go. So then they disassembled it and put it inside and it still hasn’t worked. Dannie is absolutely the best and knows her stuff like know other I’ve been to other pool stores and they just try to take your money and never actually help you I’ve been going here for years now and every time I do exactly as she says I have no issues I ask for her every time I come in now she’s my favorite their all great but no one compares to her!’
Ms.Dani helped me when I needed it most. Patient, kind, respectful.. SHE IS AMAZING... Accent to the company...and hope management sees that's why most of her customers come there...
Dani exceeded our expectations. She is very knowledgeable and is always a great help. My pool has been green several times and she tests my water, shows me the chemicals to buy, and writes down directions on how to get it back blue. I will never go to any other pool place. Dani has a customer for life.
