no complaints- not easy with car repair! everything done as promised and on time for pickup!
Installed the oil filter on my one year old crosstrek incorrectly, causing a massive oil leak. I went back immediately to get it corrected, and the tried to wash off/burn off the oil from my engine block, claimed to install a new filter, and offered me a free oil change (which I won’t be using). Second attempt had the same problem, and I arrived home 40 miles later with over a quart low. Replaced my filter myself, and have had no issues.
