These guys are some of the best. Used them on more then once occasion and had a great experience every time. Clean, polite, courteous. Had no issues scheduling and everything has been top notch.

I can't say enough about how good Aurora is. They were very efficient, and very personable going over everything. The work, parts, and new mechanical equipment needed, and the costs and they were on a timely basis. Any questions I had, they answered and responded immediately. Plus, they did a great job doing the work that I needed to have done. I would definitely hire them again for any work needed, and I highly recommend this business. Aurora HVAC and Electrical.

I got an estimate from Aurora on 11-5-24 to run heat ducts to my new addition that was just starting to be built. I called two days ago (5-3-25) left a message for them to call me back, but no one did. I called again on 5-7-25, and it once again went to voice mail. I waited an hour or so and used a different phone, and the receptionist answered right away. Less than 1 star for how they treat their employees. Awful service given by both owners. Terrible customer service and awful HR lady.
