They did a great job, installing all of the bathroom components in a newly remodeled bathroom. They were very professional and responsive when I had questions, and were available to work around my schedule. I will hire them again for another project!
I’ve reviewed Aurora at 5 stars in the past for services provided. The honesty in repairs when they could have replaced expensive parts but instead were able to fix the problem on-site for hundreds less. Change in management since took a turn. Promises to install the new air conditioner fell through. Called and scheduled an appointment for install, took vacation time to accommodate the schedule but Austin was a no show!
