Service repairman was a no show /no call. When I called the office the person was from a call center - said they would call the dispatch and I did not hear from anyone. So sad - I used APC for many years when they were a small business but now they have been bought by a conglomerate and service is terrible.
Installed my brand new heater right before winter ! They were fast & professional. Highly recommend
Eh, I tried to call because I want to support a good local business, but as soon as I did it sent me to a call center where it combined several different plumbing companies. It sounds like one of the private equity consolidations that's happening everywhere and is destroying this industry from a consumer standpoint. I'm not about that, nor will I support that. Initially offered 1,664 to replace a high efficiency toilet (mind you the problem ended up being a fill valve replacement), or a full rebuild of the components in the tank for 1,051. He said the company typicaly does not do single part fixes. Please go elsewhere, this is a company that is out to make a buck over providing good service.
