I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service at this pharmacy. When I came in earlier to pick up my daughter's medication, the staff continuously stared me up and down, making me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I let it go, but today my 70-year-old mother went in to pick up the same prescription. When she simply asked a basic question about the flavor of the medication, the staff were dismissive and rude, rudely telling her "it's all online" (which isn't even true). Aurora Pharmacy in Slinger is hands down the best pharmacy experience I’ve had. They are way faster and more reliable than Walgreens, CVS, or Meijer, and the overall experience is just better. There’s no hassle, my medication is always ready when expected, and the customer service is great every time. The team is friendly, efficient, and makes the whole process easy. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and only ever need to pick up one simple med. Last Friday when I arrived the Pharmacist asked if I had cash due to their systems being down I said oh good thing I have cash because I really need this RX. The pharmacist then told me there is a thing called ATM’s I said there is no need to be rude to me I just need my medication.
