I was at urgent care, the doc called in a prescription (a common, easy one), and they had it ready in less than 5 minutes.
The pharmacy has issues with insurance companies and do not send any info to pts waiting on medications. They wait for you to call and say that they have people waiting so not sure how long it can take to fill. This unacceptable when they knew of issues and didn’t inform the customers.
