I had a very disappointing experience with one of the pharmacy techs, Kim. She was extremely rude on the phone, scolding me and insisting I had taken a prescription before when I absolutely had not. She also told me something was wrong with the prescription, yet admitted she didn’t actually know what the issue was. To make matters worse, she hung up on me.
