Normally the times I have filled medication it was always positive. However I just had a very negative phone call with the pharmacy. I had a medication filled last week that I’m supposed to use through next week. I’ve realized I won’t have enough. Basically the pharmacist told me I could come and get a dropper. I told her I was using the dose cup they supplied. She told me that they filled it correctly. I told her I’m 66 and know how to measure medication correctly. This pharmacy is helpful where is Walgreens in Hartford wasn't I just transferred from there today and they had my prescriptions ready within an hour
This pharmacy has been terrific. I have 2 scripts that can be troublesome at times. They were very respectful and went out of their way to get what I need. Thank you so much.
