I'll had a doctor's appointment and the receptionist at the front desk was rude and very disrespectful the both of them they don't know how to talk to people with kindness and respect and they was talking about me and few other patients and they is very unprofessional they was just sitting around and gossiping about other patients and not doing they job and I'll had reported them so I'll hope that the management does see this so they can give me a call so they can get either wrote up or suspended or either fired but I'll ref... read more
Reps at the pharmacy slow and rude! I went twice today and both times no hello, no welcome in, no how can I help. I had to say something to get any half customer service and when I did inform information they walked away and didn’t say anything until 6 minutes later after I sat down thinking they were gathering things and had to go back up to the counter since they never called me up to say the medication was out of stock and I needed to wait until tomorrow.
