While they are quick to fill scripts, but accessibility to them after 7pm is impossible. All the exterior doors are closed at 7pm although their posted hours are 8pm.
Rude, condescending, unprofessional, and they aren't open during the hours they say. Or if they are, you can't get into the pharmacy and they don't answer the phone after 5pm. Not disappointed to be leaving Aurora with my 2026 health insurance switch. You have fallen so far since combining with Advocate.
I can give really negative reviews when things just don't match up to my expectations but on this one I have to say that Aurora Pharmacy exceded my expectations, I normally do not use the but they were the only ones that had my medication in stock, the phone staff answered right away, were very helpful and pleasant to talk to, I had my script sent over to them in the morning and expected it would take forever to get done, but it was filled right away and ready for pick up, they had more than one person checking out prescript... read more
Westhaven and Drs. Court pharmacists are very excellent. They are very fast filling prescriptions!! 10 stars.
