Tried returning a call from the pharmacy only to find myself held hostage in a sales call on the callback # given. All options in that IVR led to an automated sales pitch (sounded AI generated). Found another number but the IVR options were programmed incorrectly. * to repeat options actually led to disconnect. Tried a 3rd pharmacy number but was told they couldn't transfer the call across town. Tried using the on-line portal with a message to pharmacy and was told to contact my doctor... all while trying to call the pharmac... read more
