Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. Aurora healthcare is just a horrible facility in general. Prescriptions are never ready and no one is ever helpful.
This pharmacy is very close to my house, so I try to use it. HOWEVER, most of the time I go to pick up my prescription, it's not ready. Even after being told "it'll be ready at 4pm", I walk in at 4:15pm it's STILL NOT READY. Yesterday, I was supposed to get a pain medication. THEY RAN OUT!!!??? It was supposed to come in at 2, yesterday. So I called this morning, STILL not in. Rather than apologize, the woman was short with me. This was the last straw. I'll drive downtown to my other pharmacy. I'm DONE with Layton.
