Best Doctor we have ever had. She is always ready to listen and never rushes an appointment!While we are not thrilled with Aurora Health, it is worth it to stay with Dr. Spiering.
The pharmacy staff is awesome. I do apologize for putting this up in this section, but my cousin went to get a drug screen today and it was a horrible experience with the person who took care of the process. I believe her name was Tricia (sorry if spelling is wrong), anyways, this staff member should really learn to talk to people and not treat them like they are dumb. Awful.I spent a month going to physical therapy here for a running injury in my ankle. The Physical Therapist I visited didn t give me strengthening exercises or stretches, but simply massaged the sore area for 30 minutes in my 45-minute visit. During the month that I visited, my injury didn t get any better and I had to drop out of a marathon (and \$100) that I had planned to run. Also, the PT there kept telling me, just come in again next week, and THEN we ll fix it . At the end of a month he was simply stumped as to why n... read more

Absolutely unprofessional ! The receptionist was rude. They made a mistake on my childs order and passed the blame. The receptionist bold faced lied to me and then hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I would give this less stars if I could.
wow you had one thing right he is a funny man with a sense of humor. But to criticize him and his staff, way off the mark. I find his medical expertise great. would do anything for his patients including making time to address their needs at a moments notice. maybe you were the issue and not him and his great staff
Dr. Speiring has been our family doctor for several years. I have always found her a caring doctor who listens before jumping to conclusions. Shes helped my family through small illnesses and hospitalizations. Ive never felt like a number there but instead like a patient. All follow up calls Ive received have been from her to tell me test results or check up on my son after an emergency visit from a sport injury. I would highly recommend her.
My Daughter was introduced to Dr. Schroettner when admitted into Rogers Memorial Hospital; for numerous mental health issues. She had her own psych out of the hospital, that apparantly wasnt doing the job correctly. Dr. Schroettner took care of my daughter during her 3 stays at Rogers, and after the last admission and discharge, he called me personally to discuss her continued care.
