0/5 Missed virtual appointment because aurora sent virtual login information a hour after appointment time start. Spent a collective 3 hours trying to be seen or at least called back to get the ok to return to work. Nope. Got the run around for 3 hours instead. Transferred here there everywhere and nowhere all over Milwaukee and around. Placed on indefinite holds and one call I was muted and must've been placed on the side. Got to the point where my calls went unanswered and rang indefinitely and had to borrow a phone to act... read more
