All around a very poorly operative institution. My father was placed on palliative care on Friday, we were told on several occasions that there would be a nurse sent Saturday morning at 8 am. Guess what? 8 am Saturday no one arrived and my family was told that the nurse was leaving the country. Me and my family had to care for my poor dying father on our own.
