Their address listed on google and yelp, Hampden Ave in Aurora, is not correct. Made an appointment a week ago and was never told this. Today I drove 25 minutes to Aurora only to find that the office was moved to Lone Tree. After reading reviews I was already unsure of this place, but not telling your patients when they make appointments that the address online is old is extremely unprofessional and solidified my decision to go with a different orthodontist.

My son’s teeth were a mess. I consulted 4 orthodontists until I found Aurora Orthodontist. With the other orthodontists, I felt rushed and they were glossing over the biggest issue which was a big overbite. Aurora orthodontist set him up with a 3 part treatment starting with an expander, then metal braces for few months and finally with Invisalign. Dr lauson and his staff are very professional. They totally worked with me for a manageable payment plan and my insurance benefits. I highly recommend them.

I have literally lost all confidence in their practice. I would also like to add that Dr. Lauson has not periodically checked on me during my course of treatment. I saw him maybe twice after receiving my orthotic. Plus, I saw the other doctor once because of the pain I am in. I am in the last phase of treatment with clear invisilne aligners and I am in SO much more pain than I originally sought treatment. I have received excellent care and service at Aurora Orthodontics & TMJ (AOTMJ) / Dr. Lauson. I had interference with my bite, Dr. Lauson recommended spreading my upper jaw and then straightening with Invisalign., 2 yrs. 8 months later I am extremely pleased with my bite, smile, and as an added bonus from widening upper jaw I breath and sleep better (vastly reduced my snoring). Absolutely despicable business ethics, and a place where the dollar bill takes precedence over customer health and well being. I find it absolutely disgusting how the Aurora Orthodontics took advantage of a naive girl ,eager to boost her self esteem, until they emptied her savings until she could no longer afford the treatment, and then they discarded her like sunday trash, with the the braces brackets still glued to all her teeth!!!!!
