Made online appointment for walk in clinic and was told that even though I made the online appointment and recieved a confirmation text and 3 additional texts that I wouldn't be able to be seen in the ortho walk in and that they could see me the following day as a 'courtesy'. They shouldn't offer online services if they wont let you see the doctor. Do not go to this location!!!!!

Went to an appointment there to have my shoulder looked at. In and out fairly quick, entering to leaving the building was roughly 45 minutes. Approximately 5 minutes of that time with the doctor and he quickly decided I should go to PT. That 5 minutes was worth $485 according to the clinic and after repeated attempts to have the charges adjusted I was told that they charged me for the "decision" of an "experienced" doctor.
