Just wow is all I can truly say. I had doctor Irene Valerio. Absolutely rude from the start. I left work to go to my appointment for my finger. Anyone that knows anything about a repetitive motion can cause a injury and bone deformation. When I walked in, I was greeted with a sweet and kind hearted lady with a big smile. Came in for an injury. Didn't have a particular incident I could point to. Doctor Valerio said because of that, it wasn't workman's comp and thus I had to foot the bill. She never even looked at my records, since I have a previous injury on that same foot. Should have realized it was a pointless visit when she didn't even realize why I was there and had to go back and ask the nurse.
