Completley incompetent. They have now canceled appointments for my gf twice, she cant be seen by these people. Apparently the doctors vacation is too important, we can cancel unrelated appointments because of an urgent visit that ended with these clowns finding/doing nothing to help. Dr casey was so excited to talk to us about family planning after hearing of our struggle, so excited she has now blown us off and come up with every excuse she can to not see a patient seeking help and answers.
