My epilepsy medication was not refilled by the doctor so I had a grand mal seizure and broke my femur and my knee. The next month I called in to the neurology center about refilling my epilepsy meds. The woman who took my call was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She kept saying "yea, whatever" to me and did not care at all that I was out of meds. She said she would take care of it but do I believe her? Not a chance.
Lack of care
1 star is too much credit for quality of care! It took me 6 weeks to see a Dr.. I couldn't get a follow-up appointment until 3 months later. 5 days before my appointment it was cancelled and it would take another 3 months to get another appointment. They don't review your test results to see if you need care or if you can wait 6 month. They lack complete quality of care!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
